East Bay Area and Tri-Valley

The Bay Area (more fully, the San Francisco Bay Area), is a geographically diverse and extensive metropolitan region that is home to over 7 million inhabitants. Once a focus of Spanish missions and Gold Rush prospectors, the Bay Area is best known now for its lifestyle and high-tech industry.

Our East Bay, Tri-Valley is made up of the three valleys from which it takes its name: Amador Valley, Livermore Valley and San Ramon Valley. The region is well known for its Mediterranean climate, wine region, hist oric downtown areas, vast business districts and fine dining. Each city has its own personality and unique offerings to local residents. This area draws both visitors and residents from across the globe. Thus, creating a busy and thriving real estate market.
